Where we act on behalf of clients, we process personal information strictly as an Operator in terms of POPIA. The client remains the Responsible Party.

To provide website design, development and marketing services.

Where data is processed outside South Africa, we ensure adequate safeguards, including contractual protections aligned with POPIA.

Complaints may be lodged with the Information Regulator.
7. PAIA Manual
Copperleaf maintains a PAIA Manual in accordance with the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (PAIA).
Requests for access to records may be submitted to the Information Officer.
